How much does a yard card rental cost?
Rentals start at $89.99 for a 12–14 hour display, including delivery, early morning setup, and evening pickup. Premium glitter themes start at $99.99 and graduation packages at $109. Adding an age is free; a custom name is $25.
What’s included in the rental?
Everything. We deliver the display, set it up early in the morning, and collect it in the late evening. You never lift a finger — the only thing you handle is the reaction.
How far in advance should I book?
A week or two ahead is safest. Weekends, graduation season, and popular themes fill up fast. Last-minute celebration? Give us a call — we’ll do our best to make it happen.
What occasions do you cover?
Birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, retirements, baby announcements, welcome homes, engagements, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, employee recognition, business events, and custom messages. If you’re celebrating it, we can put it on the lawn.
Where do you deliver?
All across Durham Region. Delivery is free in Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, and Bowmanville. Outside the free zone — including Courtice, Brooklin, Port Perry, Uxbridge, Newcastle, and beyond — delivery runs $10–$75 depending on distance. Use the area checker at checkout for your exact rate.
When do you set up and pick up?
We set up early in the morning, between 6am and 9am, so the display is ready when they wake up or step outside. Need it before 7am for an early riser? Just note it at booking and we’ll confirm. We collect everything in the late evening, 12–14 hours after setup.
Is it a surprise? Do I need to be home?
Surprises are our specialty — setup is quick and quiet, and you don’t need to be home. Customers regularly tell us they slept right through it (dogs included).
What happens if it rains?
The celebration goes ahead, rain or shine. Our signs are built to handle whatever Durham Region weather throws at them, and we monitor conditions from setup to pickup.
Can I customize the message?
Yes. Adding an age is free — just ask when booking. A custom name is $25, so “Happy 50th Birthday Charlie!” is an age (free) plus a name ($25). Want something different entirely? Tell us what to say and we’ll build it.
